Ty Norris, an executive with Michael Waltrip Racing, has been reinstated by NASCAR. Norris had been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR on Sept. 9, 2013 as part of a series of penalties assessed to Michael Waltrip Racing for attempting to manipulate a the final regular season race at Richmond International Raceway.
