TEMPE — Upon conclusion of a 23-win season and a NCAA Tournament appearance in 2022-23, the departures of several key players left Arizona State basketball (3-2) in a sudden rebuild.
Coming into the game against Vanderbilt, Arizona State was bottom two in all of NCAA Division 1 in 3-point shooting. That’s right. Out of all 351 teams, Arizona State was ranked 350th.
