WWE Night of Champions Results: Trish Stratus Beats Bloodied Becky Lynch With Help From Former NXT Star

Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch took place at the WWE Night of Champions premium live event from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Stratus got the attack on Lynch right of the gate and beat her down at ringside by sending her into the ring steps then the announce table. Lynch fought back after selling for a few minutes with a suplex and then right hands. They fought on the top rope Lynch with a leg drop for a near fall. The fans started to get behind Lynch as she went for her finisher, only for Trish to counter and went for the sharpshooter. Lynch avoided it and slipped on the middle rope. Lynch caught her and put her in the boston crab only for Stratus to get to the bottom rope. Trish tossed Becky to the floor then hit the chick kick once in the ring for 2. Lynch with the manhandle slam for 2 as Trish put her foot on the bottom rope. Zoey Stark came from under the ring to attack Lynch, leading to Trish getting the win.
