This occurred during the men's Chamber match, which featured Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, LA Knight, Logan Paul, Bobby Lashley, and Kevin Owens.

As Randy Orton made his entrance, WWE commentator Michael Cole noted that Orton had tied Chris Jericho's record for most appearances in the Elimination Chamber match. With his participation in this year's Chamber match, Orton has now established a new record, surpassing Jericho's previous mark of eight appearances.
