Brian Pillman Jr. has made his WWE in-ring debut at an NXT live event, where he competed under the name Lexis King.
After weeks of teases, Pillman appeared during this week's stacked episode of WWE NXT where he spoke about his father. Pillman pointed out that he lost his father when he was very young and will be using the name of the man who raised him, King.
While King is distancing himself from his legendary father, his new wrestling name has familial ties. The Lexis part of his name comes from Alexis, his sister who died in a car accident in 2009. She was 26 years old. The King part of his name
Lexis King has yet to compete on NXT programming but the former AEW star now has one win to his WWE record. During last night's NXT live event in Largo, Florida, King defeated Brooks Jensen, who was accompanied by Fallon Henley.
