REVEALED: Why Beraldo chose PSG over bigger Liverpool offer

PSG burned off competition for Lucas Beraldo in January.

The young defender has already made nine appearances for PSG after arriving from Sao Paulo.

PSG paid 20m for Beraldo, who had a bigger contract offer from Liverpool, says Le Parisien.

However, he insisted on joining PSG due to their history with signing and developing young Brazilians from Rai to Marquinhos.

Beraldo, 20, is already firmly established in Luis Enrique's starting XI.
