In AC Milan’s striker department, several things need to be evaluated. The top priority will be focusing on their current options and contracts, and today, a report has emerged about the contract situations of Olivier Giroud, Luka Jovic and Francesco Camarda.

The summer seems like the perfect time for Milan to invest in a new striker, and all signs point to them doing so. However, they also must ensure that they have additional options alongside their investment.

Firstly, Olivier Giroud’s situation is difficult to navigate, considering reports have stated that he will leave the club for America at the end of the season. Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that the club were willing to offer him a new deal on a reduced wage, though, given they see him as a possible third striker.

The next port of call is Luka Jovic, whose extension could be confirmed in the next few months. Di Marzio’s report has suggested that he is the closest to signing an agreement. The Rossoneri see him as an excellent backup striker to the incoming investment, but they are considering whether to keep him.

Finally, there is the topic of Camarda, which is one of the hottest topics in football currently. No agreement has been reached yet, and the road to doing so is seemingly uphill, the report suggests. Nevertheless, there is a willingness from both sides to reach an agreement.
