Atletico Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente admitted some frustration after their 2-2 draw at Champions League opponents Celtic.

Atletico also saw Rodrigo de Paul sent off late on.

Llorente said: In the second half we made a change, we turned the game around. They had a great first half, they pushed us up with their people and their stadium. It was difficult for us, but in the second we saw another team, more aggressive, with more attacking plays that allowed us to have a chance of winning.

"We have to stay with the second half, the line shown and continue it."

"A third goal was close. Until Rodri's expulsion, we were creating chances, we were doing well, stopping their counterattacks, but that misfortune in the absence of De Paul, I haven't seen if it was red or not, has hurt us.

"These actions exist in football, you have to adapt and value the point as positive."

Atletico teammate Stefan Savic also said: "For the referee, every foul was yellow and you couldn't talk to him. Each criterion is different, but the second yellow for De Paul changes the dynamics of the game. We accept it and move forward."
