Watch: Jalen Hurts' walk-off TD caps off Eagles' dramatic OT win vs. Bills

With quarterback Jalen Hurts leading the charge, the Eagles keep winning.

On Sunday, Hurts delivered again, capping off a come-from-behind victory over the Buffalo Bills with the game-winning touchdown in overtime to help the Eagles improve to an NFL-best 10-1.

Down 34-31 in OT with 5:52 left, Hurts orchestrated a nine-play, 75-yard touchdown drive, ending it with a QB keeper from 12 yards out to stun the Bills in front of a packed Lincoln Financial Field.

For Hurts, it's his second fourth-quarter comeback in as many weeks. In Week 11, Hurts brought the Eagles back from a 17-14 deficit to shock Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs 21-17.

The Eagles trailed the Bills 17-7 through 30 minutes and looked miserable doing it, matching the cold and rainy conditions in Philly.

Buffalo had the football for nearly 10 more minutes (19:10) than the Eagles (10:50) in the opening half while outgaining them 276-99. Meanwhile, Hurts and the Eagles' offense struggled to get much of anything going in the first half, and Bills QB Josh Allen worked his magic against a shorthanded Eagles defense.

The second half was a different story.

Philly's defense tightened while the offense slowly found a rhythm, ultimately leading to a 28-24 advantage for the Eagles after a 29-yard touchdown from Hurts to WR Olamide Zaccheaus with 11:07 left in the fourth quarter.

While things were looking good for the Eagles, Allen led a 10-play, 74-yard touchdown drive two possessions later, capped off with a seven-yard scramble to the endzone to help the Bills regain the lead, 31-28, with 1:52 left.

However, the tension-filled moments had only begun, as before Hurts got to play hero, Eagles kicker Jake Elliott booted a 59-yard field goal to send the game to an extra session.

After losing the coin toss, the Eagles held the Bills to a field goal to kick off overtime, setting the stage for Hurts' dramatic game-winning rush.

The Eagles are 10-1 for the second consecutive season. According to John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia, they're only the third team to accomplish the feat since the NFL/AFL merger in 1970.

They joined the Indianapolis Colts (2006) and Miami Dolphins (1973), who both went on to win the Super Bowl.
