The good news for the Dallas Cowboys is that they went into Tampa Bay and beat Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Cowboys will move onto the divisional round of the NFC playoffs for the first time since 2018.
Dak Prescott looked good, with over 300 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions.
The Cowboys also picked Brady off once and, in general, held the Buccaneers in check for most of the game. Heck, it was a shutout until the very last minute of the third quarter.
All is good for Jerry Jones and his Cowboys. Well, almost all is good.
Kicker Brett Maher had himself a horrible night, missing four extra points.
It got so bad that at one point Prescott slammed his helmet to the ground in frustration and "HE MISSED AGAIN" was trending on Twitter.
Speaking of Twitter, the NFL world didn't hold back in bashing Maher and the memes were aplenty:

Talk about a tough outing.
It's going to be interesting to see if Jerry Jones feels comfortable going into next weekend with a kicker who clearly has a case of the "yips", or if the Cowboys quickly and swiftly make a move to shore up their special teams.
