Ravens release CB Trayvon Mullen for not reporting toe injury
Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

The Baltimore Ravens released cornerback Trayvon Mullen on Friday for failure to report a non-football injury.

Baltimore's release of Mullen included "failure to disclose physical condition" on the NFL's daily transaction wire.

The team had placed Mullen on the non-football injury list on Wednesday after learning he didn't report a toe injury.

The non-football injury list is for ailments that happen away from the team facility or occur outside of football activities.

Mullen is the cousin of Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Mullen, 25, joined the Ravens in the offseason after being released by the Dallas Cowboys.

Mullen has 150 tackles and four interceptions in 46 games (31 starts) over four seasons with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders (2019-21), Arizona Cardinals (2022) and Cowboys.
