Sean McVay: I won't fulfill Super Bowl ticket requests
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Sean McVay is already familiar with the challenges that teams can encounter in the long two weeks leading up to the Super Bowl, and the Los Angeles Rams coach knows one thing he doesn’t want in his second trip to the big game — ticket requests.

McVay was asked on Thursday about some of the distractions that players and coaches have to deal with at the Super Bowl. He warned his family and friends not to ask him for tickets.

Hopefully the Rams have someone who can handle ticket requests for their head coach.

McVay is only 36, but he has more Super Bowl experience than Cincinnati Bengals coach Zac Taylor. He led the Rams to the Super Bowl three years ago, where they lost to the New England Patriots.

Super Bowl LVI is being played at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, which makes it a home game for the Rams. That could lead to even more ticket requests than usual for McVay and others. He’s smart to get out ahead of it.
