The Denver Broncos will play host to the Minnesota Vikings in an intriguing "Sunday Night Football" matchup this week, and there's plenty of value to be found in the prop markets for this one. Here are the two props we're targeting for "SNF" Week 11.
It's no secret who Josh Dobbs's favorite target with his new team is. In two games with Dobbs under center, T.J. Hockenson has been peppered with 27 targets. No one else on the Vikings has more than 14 targets in that span.
Hockenson has reeled in 18 catches over the last two weeks, and now he gets to face a Broncos defense that struggles to cover the middle of the field. Denver is allowing 6.11 catches per game to opposing tight ends, which is tied for the fifth-highest mark in the NFL. With Justin Jefferson still out of the lineup, Minnesota's passing offense should run through Hockenson yet again.
Samaje Perine is the passing-down back in this Broncos offense. The 28-year-old has recorded at least three targets in seven of Denver's nine games this season, and he should be busy again this week with a friendly matchup.
The Vikings blitz more than any other team in the NFL, and it's not particularly close. Defensive coordinator Brian Flores is going to dial up the pressure on almost every third down, which will force Russell Wilson to get the ball out quickly to his safety valve.
