NFL 'SNF' Week 11: Denver Broncos vs. Minnesota Vikings betting picks, preview

We've got a good one coming up on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 11, as the Denver Broncos are preparing to host the Minnesota Vikings in a cross-conference matchup. Let's break it down.

Denver Broncos vs. Minnesota Vikings betting odds, preview

Spread: Broncos -2.5, Over/under: 42.5, Moneyline: Broncos -138 | Vikings +118

The Broncos have come a long way since their 70-20 thrashing at the hands of the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. Denver has rattled off three straight wins to claw back to 4-5, and it's now a 2.5-point home favorite against the surging Vikings.

Speaking of the Vikings, they're the best story going in the NFL right now. Since joining the team two weeks ago, Joshua Dobbs has taken over the starting job and gone 2-0 to put Minnesota back in the playoff mix. Dobbs threw for 268 yards, ran for 44 and accounted for two touchdowns in last week's win against the New Orleans Saints.

There's also a possibility the Vikings get star wide receiver Justin Jefferson back for "Sunday Night Football," which would only improve an offense that's scored 58 points over the last two weeks.

'Sunday Night Football' betting picks

Vikings +2.5 (-110 FanDuel)

There's no way we're getting in front of the Dobbs hype train. The journeyman quarterback has barely had enough time to learn everyone's name in the locker room, yet he looks like he's been running this offense for years.

On the other side of the ball, Brian Flores loves to blitz more than any other defensive coordinator in the NFL. He's going to bring the house over and over again against Russell Wilson, who's one of the worst QBs in the league against the blitz. This is a great matchup for the Vikings, so we're taking the points here.

Javonte Williams over 64.5 rushing yards (-115 FD)

The Broncos know the Vikings want to blitz all night, and the best way to beat heavy rushes is to run the ball. Javonte Williams is also starting to look like his old self again. He's carried the ball 48 times for 165 yards over the last two games, and he should see another heavy workload on "SNF."
