NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans got a win last Sunday despite playing without cornerback Kristian Fulton and safety Amani Hooker. Hopefully, that was a one-shot deal.
Fulton, who missed the 27-24 overtime win over the Los Angeles Chargers with a hamstring injury, was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, according to the Titans' official injury report released late Wednesday afternoon. That's a good sign. Hooker, who is in concussion protocol, was a full participant as well.
The Titans (1-1) are on the road this weekend, taking on the Cleveland Browns (1-1) at Noon CT.
The other full participant on Wednesday who was still on the injury list was veteran wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. He didn't practice at all last week because of an ankle injury, but played against the Chargers and had four catches for 40 yards, including two big ones late in the game for first downs.
There were a few surprises on the injury list. Defensive lineman Teair Tart did not practice with a knee injury. Also out were linebacker Luke Gifford and cornerback Anthony Kendall. Rookie left guard Peter Skoronski had abdomenal surgery over the weekend and won't be practicing for a while, either.
Three players — running back Derrick Henry (toe) and outside linebackers Denico Autry (foot) and Harold Landry (hamstring) were limited in practice.
The injury report will be updated again later on Thursday afternoon.
