The Jim Harbaugh-to-Los Angeles movement is strengthening, as the Chargers have completed their interview with the National Championship-winning coach.

Furthermore, Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated reports that four general manager candidates that the Chargers have interviewed have connections to Jim Harbaugh.

Dodds joins Joe Hortiz, Ian Cunningham, and Brandon Brown, are candidates who've worked with or for a Harbaugh brother in the past.

Not only was Dodds was a personnel intern with the Raiders while Harbaugh was the QB coach, but on top of that, Breer previously reported that Dodds was seen as the "Harbaugh GM," when interviewing for jobs in the past.

This is clearly no coincidence, as the Bolts are looking to, at the minimum, entertain candidates that Harbaugh would approve of.

Another way to look at it is that Harbaugh is essentially recommending names from within, as it's possible he and the team were in communication ahead of the interview, and/or have been in communication since, and the former Bolts quarterback is calling the shots from afar.

One way or another, the dots have begun to connect, and it's trending in the direction of surprising if the Bolts don't seal the deal on one of the most attractive coaching hires in recent memory.
