The New York Giants have declared cornerback Adoree’ Jackson (concussion/neck), running back Deon Jackson (concussion), and tackle Evan Neal (ankle) out of Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Both Jacksons remain in the protocol and have not been able to practice. Neal injured his other ankle in last week's game against the Raiders, his first back after missing two games due to a different ankle injury. He will be replaced in the lineup by Tyre Phillips.

Receiver/kickoff returner Parris Campbell (hamstring), running back Jashaun Corbin (hamstring), offensive lineman Mark Glowinski (personal), and linebacker Azeez Ojulari (ankle) are all listed as questionable.

Corbin missed last week's game with his injury. Glowinski has been excused from practice for the last two days due to an undisclosed personal matter. And Ojulari is in the first week of his 21-day window after being designated to return off injured reserve on Wednesday.

Head coach Brian Daboll said they would decide whether to activate Ojulari this weekend off injured reserve. The Giants would need to create a roster spot to accommodate Ojulari's return, and that spot could come at the expense of Neal, who is dealing with his second ankle injury in the last four weeks.

In other lineup news, Daboll did not reveal the team's kicker for Sunday. Last week, veteran Randy Bullock was elevated off the practice squad to handle the kicking but did not get any chances to try field goals. The Giants also have Cade York on the roster, who was inactive last week after being signed to the 53-man roster.
