This has been a day full of coaching staff changes for the Buffalo Bills.
After hiring Ronald Curry as their new quarterbacks coach, the Bills are now moving on from a long-time defensive assistant.
Defensive backs coach John Butler and the Bills have mutually agreed to part ways. In conjunction with that move, Buffalo is hiring Jahmile Addae from the University of Miami as their new defensive backs coach.
Butler had been with the team since 2018 when he joined the staff as the defensive backs coach. He added pass game coordinator to his duties in 2022.

Addae has been with Miami since 2022 as the secondary coach. He spent 2021 with Georgia as their defensive backs coach, and worked with West Virginia in a multitude of roles from 2019-20.
