Rockets To Waive Moe Harkless

The Rockets plan to waive veteran forward Maurice Harkless, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Harkless, 29, is 6-7 and has been on the move this offseason. He was acquired by the Hawks in a trade with the Kings, along with Justin Holiday, for Kevin Huerter in July.

He was then traded to the Thunder and then the Rockets. Harkless averaged 4.7 points in 46 games last season and could still be signed by someone else once he clears waivers.

He has also spent time with the Magic, Trail Blazers, Clippers, Knicks and Heat.
