The Pacers are adding veteran forward James Johnson and guard Langston Galloway to their training camp roster, per Evan Sidery of Basketball News.

Exact terms of the deal for each player aren’t yet known, Sidery added.

These would be some interesting additions for the Pacers, who are undertaking a bit of a rebuild after trading away Malcolm Brogdon this past offseason. Still, every team needs veterans to help steer the young guys. Perhaps Johnson and Galloway will serve as those veterans.

Johnson, 35, is 6-foot-7 and was waived by the Nets in early April. Before that, he appeared in 62 games, averaging 5.5 points and 3.5 rebounds, and staying true to his reputation of adding toughness and hustle off the bench.

He has been a journeyman of sorts, as the Pacers would become his 10th team. Along with the Nets, he has served two stints with the Raptors, as well as spending time with the Mavericks, Pelicans, Bulls, Kings, Heat, Grizzlies and Timberwolves.

Galloway, 30, is a 6-1 combo guard who appeared in four games with the Nets last season, and three more with the Bucks. He has also spent time with the Suns, Pistons, Kings, Pelicans and Knicks.

The Pacers are set to begin training camp at the end of the month, with a roster that features the likes of Tyrese Haliburton, Myles Turner, Buddy Hield and rookie Bennedict Mathurin.
