Nuggets Player Asks NBA Hilarious Question
USA TODAY Sports

Having only attempted 13 three-point shots in his NBA career, Denver Nuggets veteran DeAndre Jordan put up his best clip from beyond the arc last season, going a perfect 1/1 from deep. In an Instagram story post on Thursday, Jordan asked the NBA if he can receive any special honor for shooting 100% from deep last season:

This was only the second made three of Jordan's career, with the other coming in the 2014-15 season with the LA Clippers. Always amongst the league leaders in field goal percentage, Jordan has of course never been near the top of the league in three-point percentage, but would have led the NBA in that category last season if the minimum requirement was just one attempt.

Jordan became an NBA champion for the first time in his career last postseason, serving as an important veteran presence for a Nuggets group that went all the way. Having been part of some great teams in his career, Jordan had never reached this pinnacle until joining the Nuggets, and will look to be part of their title defense after re-signing with them this summer.

One of the more underrated players of this era, Jordan was one of the best centers in the NBA at his peak, making All-NBA first team in 2016, and All-Defensive first team in 2015 and 2016.
