NBA Champion Wants To Be Traded

P.J. Tucker has been one of the best role players in the NBA for over a decade.

However, the 38-year-old, who was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers at the beginning of the season, has not been getting a lot of playing time.

Tucker currently has averages of 1.3 points and 2.9 rebounds per contest while shooting 31.6% from the field and 31.3% from the three-point range in 15 games.

The former Texas star has yet to appear in a game since November 27, and on Thursday, Marc J. Spears of Andscape shared a statement from Tucker. 

Tucker via Spears: "I want to be somewhere where I’m needed, wanted and can do it all. I don’t know what’s going to happen but I have my fingers crossed and I’m hoping to go somewhere else whether I get bought out and choose where I go or where I can play."
