Flashback Friday: 1984 NBA Champion Boston Celtics visit the White House
Dick Raphael-USA TODAY Sports

For today's throwback check out this video of the Boston Celtics visit to the White House following their 1984 championship.

Love how the president of the Celtics Red Auerbach seems so at home at the White House. Everyone else is justifiably nervous being around the president, but not Red. The players seemed to get a kick out of President Reagan with someone commenting how cool he seemed towards the end.

Noticably absent among others was league MVP Larry Bird who probably was busy repaving his driveway or something.
