Chris Paul Made NBA History In Warriors-Mavs Game

Chris Paul finished with nine points, four rebounds and four assists while shooting 4/12 from the field and 1/4 from the three-point range in 31 minutes of playing time. 

The future Hall of Famer also made NBA history by becoming the 32nd player to make 1,700 career three-pointers. 

In addition, Paul moved up on the NBA's all-time regular season games played list. 

Via The Golden State Warriors: "By playing tonight, Chris Paul passes Tony Parker and Paul Silas for 34th most regular-season games played in NBA history."

Paul is averaging 9.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 43.0% from the field and 37.2% from the three-point range in 41 games. 

With the loss, the Warriors dropped to 34-31 in 65 games, which has them as the tenth seed in the Western Conference. 

They are 17-14 in the 31 games they have played on the road away from the Chase Center in San Francisco. 

Following the Mavs, the Warriors will now travel to Los Angeles for a showdown with LeBron James and the Lakers on Saturday evening. 

Paul is in his 19th season in the NBA and has also spent time with the New Orleans Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder and Phoenix Suns.  

He has made 12 NBA All-Star Games.
