No need to adjust your eyes, Stewart-Haas Racing is truly bringing Talladega Nights to life this NASCAR weekend.
The No. 41 of Ryan Preece and the No. 14 of Chase Briscoe are rocking their Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton Jr. schemes at Talladega, with Wonder Bread and Old Spice adorning their cars. The idea was genius, but it’s even better finally seeing them on the track.
Check out the cars below, as the tribute to the hilarious movie is finally coming to life, courtesy of Stewart-Haas.

Moreover, the entire announcement has been fantastic. It has been a long time coming for NASCAR to fully embrace the beauty that is Talladega Nights. You can understand how drivers might have felt about the movie and how it made them look. Now, it’s part of the lexicon.
The Wonder Bread scheme returns for the first time since 2013 when Kurt Busch brought it to life. The last time Old Spice was in the Cup Series was with Corey LaJoie in 2019, the one with LaJoie’s face on the hood of the car. This tops them all though.
While it has been done in the past, barely, this is the most complete recreation of the two cars from the movie. When you see these cars on the track it’s going to look like you’re watching Ricky and Cal, Shake n’ Bake!
Stewart-Haas Racing’s Chief Revenue Officer, Brian McKinley, released a statement, and it’s obvious he’s very happy to have brought this deal together.
“This is an entertaining promotion that allows us to work with two innovative brands in Wonder Bread and Old Spice where we can stand out together amid a very busy fall sports schedule,” McKinley said in a press release. “Talladega Nights is a cult classic and Wonder Bread and Old Spice were savvy enough to be on board with the movie from the very beginning.
“For our sport, it’s the gift that keeps on giving, and it’s given Stewart-Haas Racing a great platform to have some fun and engage with our fans.”
We’re gonna need to see a slingshot move for the win or at least at the end of a stage. For sure these drivers will be hoping to bring it home in one piece, and the fans will be watching eagerly to see what happens.
