Watch: Bryce Harper gives Orlando Arcia another glare after second homer
Bryce Harper Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Bryce Harper turned Game 3 of the NLDS between his Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves into a personal grudge match at Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday.

The Phillies slugger belted a three-run home run in the third inning to give his team a 4-1 lead. Then, in the bottom of the fifth, Harper homered again, increasing his Phillies’ lead to 7-1.

Just like he did after his first home run, Harper stared down Braves shortstop Orlando Arcia upon rounding second base after his second homer.

This new angle showed how Harper stared down Arcia after the first home run. Arcia was seen looking down.

Arcia was reported to have mocked Harper for making a baserunning error to end Game 2 of the NLDS. Harper stuck it to Arcia and the Braves not once but twice in Game 3.

Harper is a player who rises to the occasion in the postseason. He certainly went above with his response to the trash talk from Atlanta. That’s what leadership looks like.
