Philadelphia Phillies infielder Trea Turner remained hot on Friday night despite the Phillies falling to the Milwaukee Brewers 7-5.
Turner went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in the defeat, a statline that gave him a piece of impressive baseball history.

Trea Turner is the 5th player since RBI became official in 1920 to have 4 consecutive games with a HR & 3 RBI.
He is 1 shy of tying the longest streak (Bill Dickey in 1937 & Lou Gehrig in 1931).
Turner, who is in his first year in Philadelphia, started off slow but has picked it up over the last month. He's hitting .314 over his last 30 games and .407 after his last seven.
For the year, he's got 20 homers and 63 RBI. He's also stolen 23 bases while posting a .258 batting average.
The 30-year old is in his ninth year in the bigs with the Nationals, Dodgers and Phillies. He's a two-time All-Star, a Silver Slugger winner, a batting champion and a World Series champion after helping the Nationals win the 2019 Fall Classic.
He's also represented Team USA at the World Baseball Classic, which was held in the spring of 2023.
The Phillies are now 74-60 this season and hold the first wild card spot in the National League. They'll be back in action on Saturday night against the Brewers.
First pitch is set for 7:15 p.m. ET as Aaron Nola (PHI) pitches against Brewers righty Colin Rea.
