MLB HR props for Monday 8/7: Stanton won't have to hustle when he hits a homer

It's a beautiful day for dingers in MLB, as friendly weather around the country has created three games with totals in the double digits. Let's take advantage of the favorable conditions with my three favorite home run props for Monday's MLB slate. 

J.T. Realmuto (+350 FanDuel)

I may not know him personally, but I can guarantee J.T. Realmuto woke up with an extra pep in his step considering the matchup he's staring down Monday. In 10 career at-bats against Washington Nationals starter Trevor Williams, Realmuto is batting .500 with a double and three home runs. The star catcher is also seeing the ball well lately with two multi-hit games and a home run in his last three starts. Oh, and the wind will be blowing straight out to center field at Citizens Bank Park, creating a projected 37 percent boost to home runs (Ballpark Pal).

Bryan De La Cruz (+425 DraftKings)

Monday's matchup between the Miami Marlins and Cincinnati Reds has a chance to turn into a home run derby, as the wind blowing out to left center is creating a projected 37 percent boost to homers. Let's roll with Bryan De La Cruz, who's batting .292 with five doubles and two dingers against left-handed pitching this season. De La Cruz also leads the Marlins in home runs over the past two weeks with three, so let's hope he keeps the power surge rolling.

Giancarlo Stanton (+360 FD)

Giancarlo Stanton may not care about hustling around third to score on a single, but he's still one of the most dangerous power hitters in MLB. The New York Yankees slugger has cracked three home runs in his last 20 at-bats, and he's hit two homers off Chicago White Sox starter Dylan Cease in only four ABs against the righty. This price is too high.
