The sports apparel giant New Balance and New York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor are revealing a new colorway to his signature cleat and trainer. The New Balance Lindor 2 ‘Tropical Fiesta’ is launching today, Thursday, December 7.

Online shoppers can purchase the cleats for $130 and the trainers for $110 in adult sizes. Additionally, two other colorways of both models are available at retail price on the New Balance website. Below is everything athletes and fans must know about the festive footwear.

Tropical Fiesta is meant to celebrate holiday festivities or "fiesta"! The Lindor 2 is New Balance’s most premium baseball offering, combining performance technology with Lindor’s unique style and affinity for fashion. The kicks are designed for a 4x MLB All-Star but are perfectly suitable for athletes and fans of all ages.

Featuring FuelCell foam for a propulsive underfoot feel, the New Balance FuelCell Lindor 2 baseball cleat is ideal for ambitious players. The baseball cleat features a 7-spike metal plate for impressive traction on the diamond. Speedlace and multiple hook-and-loop straps allow you to quickly adjust the fit, while the upper is made with synthetic materials.
