WM Phoenix Open temporarily closes entrance gates due to large crowds

One of the best weekends on the golf calendar is the WM Phoenix Open. It’s the biggest party on Tour and fans travel from all over to watch the tournament. However, too many people are currently at TPC Scottsdale as they have stopped allowing people into the event.

“Due to larger than usual crowds, the WM Phoenix Open entrance gates are temporarily closed and shuttle service to the event is on hold,” the tournament’s X account said in a statement. “Shuttle service back to parking lots will remain running. Regularly check our channels for updates.”
