The Warriors Sank To A New Low After Latest Loss
Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

The Golden State Warriors, who were just celebrating their latest NBA Finals win months ago, lost again on Wednesday night.

Steve Kerr ‘s championship squad was taken down by the Indiana Pacers in the latest in a string of tough defeats.

The Warriors were supposed to be making another run at the Finals this year but, right now, that feels like a complete pipe dream totally out of reach.

The most stunning fact about the Warriors is that they are now 2-13 on the road.

At home, the Warriors are still dominant with a 12-2 record but those numbers are completely turned around when you look at their road record.

They are the 10th team in the West right now and their 14-15 record leaves them underwater.

Can the Warriors push through this very rough patch off and get back to championship status?

Road Warriors

What is it about the road that has become the Warriors’ kryptonite?

It doesn’t matter who they are playing against because even some of the weakest teams in the NBA have cleaned up against Stephen Curry and his team.

Maybe it’s psychological or maybe home-field advantage is far more real than we think.

Whatever it is, the Warriors are a complete mess when they aren’t playing in San Francisco.

Unfortunately, they have a string of away games up next: they will visit the Philadelphia 76ers, Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks, and Brooklyn Nets over the next few days.

And they might do it without Curry, who suffered an injury on Wednesday night and will undergo an MRI for further information on Thursday.

Fans of the Warriors cannot wait for their team to get back home.
