Geri Halliwell is an ex-spice girl, singer, writer and the spouse of Red Bull team principal Christian Horner. The Red Bull boss has been under fire recently, as he is accused of an incident of inappropriate behaviour with another Red Bull employee. On the other hand, her partner has decided to take his stand and defend him against such allegations.

The investigation against the Red Bull F1 chief is underway, and the team has hired an external lawyer to investigate the issue. Meanwhile, Halliwell has decided to stand by her partner in such tough times and is reported as being highly distressed, insisting that Horner is not in the wrong.

The staff member is understood to have taken the complaint to Red Bull’s parent company in Austria and not to the Milton Keynes base fearing repercussions. Horner has rejected any such claims, while the parent company states that it will not tolerate any indecent behaviour and is “extremely serious” about the matter.

How could the inappropriate behavior allegation affect Christian Horner and Red Bull?

Horner is one of the most recognizable figures in the F1 landscape. The Englishman has played a crucial role in setting up the Red Bull F1 team and has been a key member in producing the 6 constructor and 7 driver titles for the team.

However, even after such success an investigation has been launched against him by a fellow Red Bull employee and is under tight scrutiny. Horner denies any claims to be true but if even there is scope of truth in the allegations, it would be devastating for the brand’s image.

The Briton could anticipate a few tough days ahead of him as he battles through such allegations. The F1 paddock and fans would be keen on knowing the final verdict as there is no scope for indecency in the sport, and to be performed by such characters that represent the sport itself.
