"I’m seriously considering running for governor," the 70-year-old actor tweeted Tuesday. "The prosecutorial corruption in California (esp Santa Barbara & the Bell scandal) is rampant; and I promise that if elected I will clean up the District Attorney Offices throughout the state. #RandyQuaid4CAGOV"

Schwarzenegger previously found his way into the governor's office during the 2003 recall election to remove Gov. Gray Davis. The actor and former bodybuilder served until 2011, when Edmund G. "Jerry" Brown took over (2011-19) until Newsom was elected.
