Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke co-hosting new 'O.C.' rewatch podcast

"I think closure's overrated," Seth Cohen (Adam Brody) said in The O.C. "I'm more of a fan of open-ended, unrequited love."

O.C. fans don't have to worry about closure anymore.

Rachel Bilson, who played Summer Roberts—and began as Seth's unrequited love—announced Thursday that she and former co-star Melinda Clarke, who played Julie Cooper, are co-hosts of the Welcome to the OC, B****! rewatch podcast. Clarke shared the trailer:

Beginning April 27 and continuing every subsequent Tuesday, Bilson and Clarke will rewatch every episode of The OC and provide unparalleled commentary. The duo will also welcome power players from in and around the series.

The podcast's title comes from this iconic beach scene in the pilot:

The OC was based around troubled teen Ryan Atwood (Ben McKenzie) finding refuge in successful married couple Kirsten Cohen (Kelly Rowan) and Sandy Cohen (Peter Gallagher), who later legally adopt him, subjecting him to the high-class drama that comes with growing up wealthy in Newport Beach, California. The aforementioned Seth is his polar-opposite new brother.

And who could forget Marissa Cooper (Mischa Barton)? Clarke and Tate Donovan played her divorced and dysfunctional parents.

Josh Schwartz's creation ran for four seasons from 2003-07 on Fox, changing the course of teen dramas forever. As for how long Bilson and Clarke's stroll down memory lane will last, there were 92 episodes of The O.C.
