‘Pam & Tommy’ teaser trailer released by Hulu

"Pam & Tommy" gets straight to the point in its nearly two-minute teaser, released by Hulu late Wednesday.

Rand Gauthier (Seth Rogen) starts it off by preparing a stolen tape to view with Uncle Miltie (Nick Offerman). The screen is overtaken by the footage the two men are watching: Tommy Lee (Sebastian Stan) driving down the street, Pamela Anderson (Lily James) on the set of "Baywatch," and then it is revealed that Rand and Uncle Miltie are in possession of Anderson and Lee's infamous 1995 sex tape.

"It's like we're seeing something we're not supposed to be seeing, which is kind of what makes it so hot," Miltie says. "If this thing ever got out..."

Of course, they leak the tape.

Anderson and Lee argue because Anderson is understandably panicked about their intimate lives spreading across the world, while Lee remains very calm.

"I'm on that tape, same as you," Lee tells her.

"No, not like me at all," Anderson says.

"Pam & Tommy" will premiere Feb. 2 on Hulu. Over the course of eight episodes, the limited series will chronicle the real-life whirlwind '90s romance of Anderson and Lee with a specific emphasis on the sex tape. (They divorced in '98 and share two sons.)

"I know Sebastian [Stan], he's playing me," Lee, 58, told Entertainment Tonight in September. "From what he's told me, really beautiful story. I think a lot of people would think it's one thing, but it's really about privacy and how things got crazy then. There's different laws now."
