Machine Gun Kelly likens his second date with Megan Fox to 'Finding Nemo'

Unlike Dory, Ellen DeGeneres can vividly remember her time voicing the forgetful fish in animated classic Finding Nemo.

That, somehow, came into play during her interview with Machine Gun Kelly on Wednesday's episode of her eponymous daytime talk show.

MGK (born Colson Baker) revealed that his second date with actress girlfriend Megan Fox—catch up on their relationship here—involved swimming with sharks in Bora Bora despite his fear. The first day, he ran away after Fox told him she spotted a shark right beneath her.

"I'm not a nature boy," he said. "And then the second day, we went, and I committed, and I swam with sharks. Like, remember when you were Dory?"

"I do," DeGeneres said.

"I was Dory, and there was nobody else but me and her," he replied.

Earlier in the interview, Kelly dished on his Jan. 30 stint as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, where he performed "My Ex's Best Friend" and "Lonely." The latter is about his father, who died last July.

The show concluded, as usual, with the cast together on stage signing off. However, Kelly stood out by toppling off stage in an attempt to hug Pete Davidson.

"You know how there's method actors? Pete's like a method person," the Tickets to My Downfall star told DeGeneres of the fall. "So, like, every time I show up and see him, he has a different hair color, a different body shape and type. Last time I saw him, he was skinny and tatted like me. This time I saw him, he's removing all his tattoos, and he's yoked and he's huge like Arnold Schwarzeneggar.

"I went to give him a this-was-a-great-show hug, and he's huge, and I just toppled over."

Watch MGK explain why he keeps a drop of Fox's blood, which he brought with him to the show, and how Bernie Sanders landed him a passport below.
