Chris Noth's Sex and the City and And Just Like That... costars have broken their silence as the 67-year-old actor has been accused of sexual assault by three different women.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon posted a joint statement to their individual social media accounts Monday night (Dec. 20):

"We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth," the statement reads. "We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it."
Last Thursday (Dec. 16), The Hollywood Reporter published the accounts of two women who came forward individually and without knowledge of each other to recount suffering alleged sexual assault by Noth in 2004 and 2015. The details are graphic and could be triggering for some.
Noth denied the allegations when contacted by THR for comment: "The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago—no always means no—that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women."
A third woman came forward Friday (Dec. 17) by telling her story to The Daily Beast.
