Ben Affleck shares hilarious reaction son Samuel has to his dad's fame

Pretty much everything Ben Affleck said during his Tuesday (Dec. 14) appearance with The Howard Stern Show has been distributed and dissected, reflecting on his divorce from Jennifer Garner and rekindling with Jennifer Lopez.

But the two-time Oscar winner also shared insight into how his nine-year-old son, Samuel, experiences his fame on a daily basis.

"I dropped my son off at school two days ago, and he's the only one who will kind of talk about it," Affleck, 49, said. "He's nine years old. There's a bunch of the older boys out there doing some toy drive or something, and I heard them go, 'Oh, Ben Affleck! Ben Affleck!' My kid looks at me and goes, '#WelcomeToMyLife,' and gets out. I was like, 'Oh, I'm sorry, buddy. It's a pain in the ass.' And he's gone."

Affleck and Garner share Samuel as well as daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 12.

"I've already inflicted that on them," Affleck continued, speaking about his children and any hesitation he may have had to multiply media attention by dating Lopez again. "Me and their mom are celebrities, and that's hard. Let's not bulls—t each other, right? That's a f—king cross to bear. That's an albatross already."
