Billy Kemp IV was the third option in the Virginia wide receiver core, but in an offense as prolific as the Cavaliers, that still meant Kemp was able to put up some good stats. He was fifth in the ACC in receptions (74) and 11th in the ACC in total receiving yards (725 yards). He also caught six passes for touchdowns.
