Jarvis Brownlee hasn't been the only representative of the Louisville football program that has been standing out during the week of practice leading up to the Reece's Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.

On the third and final day of practice ahead this year's iteration of the Senior Bowl - which is an all-star exhibition that allows some of the top upperclassmen in college football to put their talents on display in front of NFL scouts prior to the NFL Draft - former Cardinals wide receiver Jamari Thrash also took advantage of this opportunity to improve his draft stock, showcasing his numerous abilities as a pass catcher.

"Thrash makes his second appearance as a standout player this week, as he also impressed during Tuesday’s practice," PFF's Trevor Sikkema wrote. "He isn’t the fastest or the quickest, but he's good enough in both areas while also showing really nice hands and a reliable skill for making deep catches over the shoulder. On Tuesday, he showcased his vertical abilities, and on Thursday, he showed he could win in the red zone, too. He was one of the most impressive receivers in attendance this week."

While Thrash was limited at times in the second half of the season due to a wrist injury, he still established himself as one of the top receivers in the ACC. Playing in 12 of Louisville's 13 games, all of which were starts, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound wideout caught 63 passes for 858 yards and six touchdowns, all of which led the team.

Not to be outdone, Brownlee also finished the week string by having yet another standout performance in Thursday's practice session. In fact, Sikkema noted that the cornerback "might be the biggest riser of any player at any position" following his impressive week of practice.

"He is a very competitive player," Sikkema added. "His may only be 5-foot-10, but his 31.75-inch arms were the longest arms of any cornerback on the American team. Throughout the week, he used those long arms in press coverage and at the catch point. He should be rising up the ranks of big boards and mock drafts."

While he was somewhat limited in the final few games of the 2023 season due to a foot injury, Brownlee was still among one of the best cornerbacks in the ACC. In 11 games and nine starts this season, the 6-foot, 190-pound corner logged 30 tackles, one for loss, six pass breakups, an interception and a fumble recovery.

The 2024 iteration of the Senior Bowl is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 3 at 12:00 p.m. EST on the NFL Network.
