It appears as though one particular former Tennessee Vol is once again on the move in search of a new football home.

Former Tennessee defensive back Wesley Walker is reportedly leaving the Louisville program after transferring there earlier this year, per Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports.

Walker announced after the end of the regular season that he was leaving the program after spending two years in Knoxville.  He ultimately ended up choosing to transfer to Louisville, which marked his third collegiate destination of his career.  He will now apparently be looking for a fourth.

Walker transferred to Tennessee from Georgia Tech after the 2021 season.  He committed to the Yellow Jackets as a three-star safety out of Nashville Tennessee (Ensworth) in the 2019 recruiting class.  After redshirting in 2019, he appeared in 20 games over the next two years, tallying 54 tackles.

He appeared in all 13 games with 2 starts during Tennessee's 11-2 season back in 2022, totaling 36 total tackles with an interception.  He took a significant step forward in production in 2023, with his 53 tackles being fourth highest on the team during his ten starts.
