Florida State's coaching staff has built success in Tallahassee with its ability to scout and develop. There might not be a better example of their evaluation skills than when Mike Norvell and Tony Tokarz offered a little-known quarterback a scholarship after a performance at a summer camp. At the time, this prospect hadn't even started a high school game and wasn't ranked by recruiting services.

Nearly three years later, four-star signal-caller Luke Kromenhoek has risen into one of the top prospects in the 2024 class. He's been committed to Florida State for the long haul after the Seminoles were the first program to believe in him.

On Wednesday, Kromenhoek stuck with his pledge and returned the loyalty when he officially signed with the Seminoles. It's expected that the top prep prospect will join the team for bowl practices leading up to the Orange Bowl and he'll be able to go through the entire offseason with the program.

Kromenhoek is one of multiple recruits who have been committed to the Seminoles for well over a year. The class has built a special bond with one another ahead of their arrival in Tallahassee.

"I mean, all of them committed dudes, this class that we have right now it's like a brotherhood. like, we're like a tight-knit family already. We're all super close with each other," Kromenhoek said to NoleGameday previously. "We hang out with each other as much as we can we talk all the time. I mean, Landon's a great dude. Camdon's a great dude. I mean, Kam [Davis] just came out here just to be with us. He's not even on his official and he was just out here hanging around with us. That kind of just shows the type of dude that we're recruiting here and it's a family."

"We all want to be around each other and everyone has the same mindset of we can't wait to get here so we're all looking forward to that and I feel really, really good about the class that we have and some of the dudes that we're going get to join this class pretty soon so I'm super excited," Kromenhoek continued.

The Georgia native completed 168/267 (62.9%) of his passes for 2,578 yards with 24 touchdowns to two interceptions while guiding Benedictine High School to a 13-1 record as a senior. He also added 558 yards and seven more scores on the ground.

The 6-foot-4, 185-pound quarterback is regarded as the No. 35 overall prospect, the No. 4 QB, and the No. 6 recruit in the state of Georgia in the 2024 class according to 247Sports.

As of now, Florida State holds 23 commitments in its 2024 class, which ranks No. 4 overall in the country according to 247Sports.
