AUSTIN - Texas Longhorns senior offensive tackle Christian Jones has seen a thing or two during his time in Austin, facing some of the best pass rushers the Big 12 has to offer.

So when Jones speaks on the talents of a young player, it would be wise to take his opinion to heart.

And recently during his meeting with the media, Jones opened up about some of the Longhorns young defensive playmakers.

Most notably, Westlake (Austin, TX) alum Colton Vasek, is drawing rave reviews in his first fall camp with the Horns.

But how impressive has Vasek been? So impressive that he has apparently earned the nickname 'Baby Bosa' from his teammates.

"Baby Bosa, Vasek," Jones said when describing Vasek as one of the team's most challenging players to block. "Body type. You can just see how in the future, the weight program could definitely beef him up," Jones said of Vasek, via On3. "He already has the frame for it, so he’s just got to keep working."

Jones did not specify whether it was Joey Bosa of the Los Angeles Chargers or Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers when describing Vasek.

However, as two of the NFL's most dominant defensive players - combining for 103.5 sacks in their respective careers - a comparison to either one is surely an honor for the young freshman.
